AR assisting rehabilitation

Located in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, Neck Tronics is looking to help battle neck injuries through advanced neck muscle strengthening.

We assisted in the development of an augmented reality (AR) application for Neck Tronics, which was intended to help patients through various neck-strengthening exercises unsupervised.

Neck Tronics AR Application

This application would run on a pair of AR-enabled smart glasses embedded in the Neck Tronics neck rehabilitation device and would assist with head positioning and exercise flow. During its use, the application would communicate back to the device with information about the patient’s success so that the information can be reviewed by their physician. The physician could then use this information to monitor their patient’s health and progress, while also setting up future exercises that the patient can undertake at their leisure.

Facebook Insights
