Today, we were featured on the television show The Disruptors on the Business News Network. They had heard about us through multiple media sources and decided that our virtual reality booth is an innovative piece of technology that in result, has the potential to “disrupt” different industries.
We were featured in a segment where Matt, our Head of Business Development, pitched our VR booth, by explaining its features, capabilities, and its potential to disrupt different industries. After the pitch, the hosts of show, Amber Kanwar and Bruce Croxon, spoke about our technology and they both saw a lot of potential in its capabilities. They focused on the idea of recreating historical experiences through virtual reality which is very relevant to us considering our two ongoing projects are historical vignettes.
Not only did the hosts of the show believe we were a disruptor, the viewers of the show believed that to be true as well. There is an online vote after the pitch is presented where the viewers can choose either ‘yes’ or ‘no’ if they believe the company is a disruptor. We received a 100% yes vote by dozens of people and nobody voted no for us.
It was great to be featured on National television and to receive such a positive response from the viewers. It also lets us know that we are truly doing something spectacular.
